With California facing one of the most severe droughts on record, Governor Brown declared a drought State of Emergency in January of this year and directed state officials to take all necessary actions to prepare for water shortages. Since then, the state has continued to advise the residents of California about the situation, its effects and what we can do to cope with an unprecedented drought.
At Prime Five Homes, we do everything we can to limit water usage. Not only is water conserved as much as possible during construction, our modern homes are built with custom-made water capture systems and specially-designed landscaping that requires very little water to survive. While furnishing our homes also, Mayer specifically selects low-flow showerheads, faucets, and toilets, so that every aspect of the home is contributing to minimal water consumption and increased efficiency.
